The Mission of the not-for-profit VNA-Hospice of Southern Carroll County & Vicinity, Inc. is to provide a comprehensive range of services that enable people to receive health care, health promotion and disease prevention, hospice care, clinical services and other support services in the comfort of their home or other community settings.

The Corporation supports and respects the family as the primary unit of care and endeavors to offer alternatives that enable and empower individuals and families to direct their own care. This is accomplished by an interdisciplinary team approach to comprehensive care that includes nursing, therapeutic, medical, psychological, social, spiritual, health education, disease prevention, and bereavement services.

The Corporation works collaboratively with other healthcare and community agencies to identify and promote health and wellness in our region.

Service Area

The VNA - Hospice of Southern Carroll County & Vicinity, Inc. services the following communities: Alton, Brookfield, Effingham, Freedom, Moultonboro, Ossipee, Sandwich, Tamworth, Tuftonboro, Wakefield and Wolfeboro, Union and parts of New Durham.
